Production Manager

Prudential Overall Supply is looking for a talented individual that is ready to take the lead as a Production Manager. This individual must be comfortable working in a faced paced environment and have great communication skills when dealing with employees and staff. The Production Manager position manages over 50 production workers and reports directly to the Plant Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for supervising all plant production, maintenance and supply employees.
• This employee stages work daily by department.
• The Production Manager will schedule different departments to create desired work flow to meet production demands.
• This employee is responsible for establishing strong communication within departments so that daily goals get accomplished.
• The Production Manager assists the Plant Manager in the hiring and performance evaluations of employees, checks product safety, deliveries, attendance, and performance metrics on a continuous basis for smooth running plant operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory/management experience preferred (1-2 years)
• Must be ambitious
• Setting goals
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Have good communication skills
• Multitasker
• Have a friendly and helpful attitude
• Must be able to work independently, doing physical job functions in the plant on occasion
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred but not required
• Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
