Job Description
We are looking for a passionate marketing professional to connect with Chicago’s medical and non-medical communities, including hospitals, churches, Veterans centers, Council on Aging, and patients/families. You will:
- Present Prudential’s services to potential clients and community partners
- Develop new long-term relationships and strengthen existing ones
- Increase patient referrals and service utilization
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient advocacy
- Represent Prudential in community events and outreach programs
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with physicians, clinics, and community organizations to promote services
- Track and report on marketing activities and referral sources
- Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns that attract new patients
- Attend meetings, events, and occasional weekend activities to expand outreach
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, including direct physician engagement
- Minimum 2 years in home health or hospice marketing/sales
- Proven ability to grow revenue and patient referrals in healthcare
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability during company operational hours (8A–5P) with occasional overtime or weekend coverage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Clean driving record
