Job Description
As a Community Liaison , you will be the bridge between Prudential Home Health and local hospitals, clinics, community centers, churches, Veterans centers, and patients/families. You will:
- Build and maintain strong community relationships
- Coordinate outreach programs, workshops, and events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and referrals
- Represent Prudential at local events and health fairs
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize outreach impact
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in community outreach, healthcare liaison, or patient advocacy
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability during 8A–5P with occasional weekend events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
