Our Firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to a team of financial advisors. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a professional office environment.
We will get you certified as a notary and we will have you get fixed licenses once you are on boarded.
This is an onsite role in our Troy location, 8:30AM to 4PM M-F.
What You’ll Do:
- Support advisors with scheduling, client follow-ups, and document preparation
- Maintain client files and update internal systems
- Assist with office operations such as scanning, filing, and correspondence
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A team-oriented, professional attitude
