We’re hiring a Marketing Content Specialist to lead the creation and management of digital content across multiple channels. This person will be hands-on with content strategy and execution, responsible for producing SEO-driven blog content, designing and publishing social content, editing short-form videos, managing email marketing campaigns, and creating engaging scripts for video and ad assets. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring stories to life, support campaign goals, and elevate client brands across the digital landscape.
SEO Content Creation
- Write high-quality, keyword-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and web copy based on content briefs and SEO strategy.
- Conduct topic and keyword research using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Collaborate with internal strategists to ensure content aligns with broader marketing goals.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor engagement and assist with community interaction on client accounts.
- Report on content performance and identify areas for improvement.
Social Content Design
- Create compelling social media graphics, carousels, and stories using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure all content is visually consistent with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
Video Content Creation
- Edit short-form video content for social media (reels, shorts, etc.) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva.
- Add subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics to increase engagement.
- Write concise, engaging scripts for client and agency video content (ads, testimonials, explainer videos).
- Work with our creative team to bring script ideas to life in the editing and publishing process.
Email Marketing Management
- Build and schedule email campaigns in platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
- Write subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action tailored to each client’s goals.
- Analyze email metrics (opens, CTRs, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- 2 years of experience in a content marketing or digital marketing role
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an understanding of SEO best practices
- Working knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and bringing brands to life online
