Senior Merchandising Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support the execution of seasonal product launches across multiple merchandise categories.

• Maintain accurate product information to ensure smooth collaboration between merchandising, product development, operations, and sales teams.

• Help organize assortments that align with customer demand, business objectives, and launch timelines.

• Coordinate product samples for internal reviews, marketing initiatives, customer presentations, and digital content.

• Prepare merchandising materials and reports that support planning meetings and selling presentations.

• Track project milestones and proactively communicate updates that keep product launches on schedule.

• Identify opportunities to improve merchandising workflows and contribute to more efficient business operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of merchandising, buying support, product coordination, or related experience within handbags, accessories, footwear, or consumer products.

• Proven ability to manage multiple product launches while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with merchandising calendars and product lifecycle processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Experience with PLM, ERP, or other product management systems.

• Adobe Photoshop proficiency.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments.

• Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or consumer products organizations.
