• Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events like BNI, Chambers of Commerce, and HBAs.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, insurance reps, and trade partners to build referral channels.
• Request 5-Star Google Reviews from happy clients.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and help homeowners finalize colors and contracts.
• Attend weekly team meetings to share wins and strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or restoration preferred).
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Ability to explain insurance claims clearly to homeowners.
• Physically able to climb and inspect roofs safely.
• Highly motivated, organized, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented attitude with a professional, positive presence.
