Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to cut grass, trim shrubs, and maintain landscape features efficiently and safely
- Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and installing new garden beds or hardscape elements
Requirements
- Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating ground equipment and power tools safely and effectively
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing and weedeating
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills
- Strong adherence to safety protocols when handling equipment, chemicals, or performing manual tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor labor for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep
- Must pass drug test and back grown check
