Job Description: Athletic Tutor Position Summary: An enrichment specialist plans and implements programs to help students develop their skills and knowledge beyond the standard curriculum. They may work with students of all ages, from elementary to middle and high school. Enrichment programs can help students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and social interaction skills.
Requirements / Qualifications
Primary Role and Responsibilities: Creating programs that use higher-level thinking skills and problem-solving techniques Communicating with parents and administrators Supporting students with individualized learning activities Building positive and professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and parents Participating in professional development and staff meetings Supporting and demonstrating commitment to the organization's vision and goals
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred High School diploma or equivalent AND 48 completed College Units OR NCLB Paraprofessional Certification Minimum of two years’ experience working with youth desirable
