We are Prowse Manufacturing Group, Inc. and we are currently in search for a Sheet Metal Fabricator!
Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm; Monday-Friday
Salary: depending on experience.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sheet Metal Fabricator is responsible for setting up and operating various press machines and hand forming sheet metal parts in a timely and proficient manor.
- The ability to read and understand aerospace engineering drawings and specifications.
- Inspect manufactured parts after forming operation and be able to detect defects.
- Able to operate a variety of machine centers including but not limited to Break Press, HydroForm Press, Draw Press, Joggle Press, and shears
- Able to hand form sheet metal parts – including contouring, and stretch/shrink.
- Produce parts that meet engineering specification with minimal supervision.
- Follows and understands set up sheets and PCMs.
- Performs daily duties and responsibilities without supervision.
- Improvise production aides as necessary to facilitate operations.
- Meets or exceeds production standard times.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area and follows all safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-- Proficient Sheet Metal Fabricator in a volume production and low volume production run environment.
