Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with extensive experience in
managing commissioning, ramp up and operation of a Fluorspar process plants. The
ideal candidate will ensure optimal plant performance, resolve operational issues, and
implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of process plants to ensure efficiency and
compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting plant performance.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on plant performance and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting process plants.
- Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control systems.
- Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
