Job Summary: Sage 100 Consultant – Construction Focus - 100% REMOTE - 1-3 Months
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Sage 100 Consultant to support our organization in optimizing its use of Sage 100, with a strong emphasis on the Contractor Edition for construction management. This role involves conducting a thorough analysis of current Sage 100 systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. This contract is expected to last 1-3 months with possible extension.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and streamlining existing Sage 100 configurations and processes.
- Designing and generating custom reports to support business insights and decision-making.
- Managing and organizing data within Sage 100 to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Delivering hands-on training to staff on Sage 100 functionalities, with a focus on usability and adoption.
- Providing expert guidance on the Contractor module, including job costing, project management, and subcontractor tracking.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Sage 100 in a construction environment and a proven ability to translate technical capabilities into practical business solutions.
