This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments within a fast-paced commercial tire organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, prior accounts payable experience, and the ability to work efficiently with multiple vendors and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation
- Verify coding and approvals for accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account issues
- Maintain organized and accurate AP files and records
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and purchasing teams to ensure accurate invoice processing
- Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
- 2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
- Experience in distribution, transportation, manufacturing, or commercial tire industries is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
