We’re hiring hardworking, reliable technicians to join our mitigation team. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role working on water damage jobs—extraction, demolition, and equipment setup.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with water extraction, demolition, and mitigation job setup on primarily residential and some commercial losses
- Set up, monitor, and manage drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers)
- Perform content manipulation, protection, and relocation of materials
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow mitigation procedures, safety standards, and company protocols
- Support Lead Technicians and contribute to overall crew efficiency
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent Provision in the field
- Complete basic documentation (photos, notes) and learn full job documentation standards
- Take initiative in learning all aspects of mitigation and job flow
- Work toward developing leadership skills with the opportunity to be promoted to Lead Technician
- Train and support newer team members as experience grows

Compensation & Schedule:
Role: Field Technician (Water Mitigation)
Schedule: Full-time
Availibility: Monday–Friday with shared evening/weekend on-call rotation
Pay Structure: Hourly, W-2
Technician Pay: $25-$30 per hour (Training starts at $25 per hour)
Lead Technician Pay: $90,000 - $140,000 (Range for commission base pay)
