Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment to mitigate water damage effectively
- Assist with fire restoration efforts, including debris removal and cleaning affected areas
- Conduct mold remediation procedures to eliminate mold growth safely and thoroughly
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks
- Support asbestos abatement and other hazardous material removal processes following safety protocols
- Clean carpets, upholstery, and affected surfaces using professional cleaning techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all restoration work meets industry standards and client expectations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement techniques
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols at all times
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor in various environments
- Certification in water mitigation or related specialties is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Must have valid driver's license
