Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their team Our client, a leading provider of frozen food products, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to drive the successful execution of capital projects at their Wisconsin facility. Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic project leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with company policies.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, EHS, RQI) and external partners (vendors, contractors, government agencies) to facilitate project execution.
Implement structured engineering workflows to drive project efficiency and quality.
Conduct regular project reviews and reporting to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
At least 2 years of project management experience.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Up to 15% domestic and international travel required.
