Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a full lifecycle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation. This is a highly visible, business-critical initiative that will establish a single source of truth for product data across the organization.
The Project Manager will guide the project from vendor selection through implementation, driving communication, managing change, and ensuring alignment across technical and business teams. Ideal candidates have successfully managed end-to-end software implementations and bring hands-on PLM experience.
What You'll Do
Must-Have Qualifications
Full Lifecycle Software Implementation Experience
Demonstrated ability to lead start-to-finish software implementations
Must have owned major portions of deliverables (not just operated as part of a large PMO)
PLM Experience
Background in configuration, workflow, and/or change management within a PLM environment
Candidates with experience in at least two of these areas will be considered
10 Years of Project Management Experience
Proven ability to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with PLM platforms such as IFS or Alchemy
Background with Oracle PLM or supporting transitions from legacy PLM systems
Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments
Technical Environment
Mix of legacy PLM (Oracle internal/custom)
Mid-sized user environment with expected integrations to multiple internal systems
Cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of a PLM implementation-from alignment and vendor selection through design, build, testing, and deployment
- Serve as the primary driver of communication across business, engineering, product, and technical stakeholders
- Oversee change management activities and ensure teams are prepared for process and workflow transitions
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain momentum through all phases of the project
- Coordinate with technical teams supporting both legacy systems and the new PLM platform
- Provide structured documentation, project tracking, and executive-level reporting
- Ensure the implementation establishes a unified, standardized approach for product data and workflows
Must-Have Qualifications
