Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Oversee and supervise the accounting team in day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and tax laws
- Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize expenses
- Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Perform business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of governmental accounting principles and tax regulations
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent cost control skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools
- In-depth understanding of payroll management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business analysis purposes

This role requires a candidate with a background in public accounting, as well as experience in financial control and analysis. The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the organization through effective management of accounting processes, cost control, payroll management, and business analysis.
