Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Event Manager for a full-time, part travel role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Junior Event Manager will support the planning, organization, and execution of sports activations and events. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, ensuring timelines are met, supporting on-site event setup and breakdown, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role will also involve assisting with post-event reporting and data analysis to evaluate the success of each activation. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding sports-related experiences.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Coordination: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics and timelines for events.
- Client Relations: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- On-Site Support: Experience with event setup, breakdown, and on-the-ground troubleshooting during activations.
- Post-Event Analysis: Ability to collect and analyze data to prepare detailed post-event reports highlighting successes and areas of improvement.
- Adaptability and Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with event technology, digital design tools, or simulators is a plus.
