Position: Clinical EHR Consultant
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical EHR Consultant, you will:
- Deliver engaging, interactive training—both onsite and virtual—on clinical software for the post‑acute and senior living industry.
- Develop customized client training agendas.
- Create and maintain training documentation, guides, and presentations.
- Partner closely with Implementation and clinical teams to solve problems, close issues, and drive successful outcomes.
- Engage with nursing home staff, medical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure proper system use and data security.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Senior Living EHR platforms such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and Netsmart (required).
- Experience in post‑acute or senior living environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and comfortable leading clients through change.
- Travel required (including potential weekends or extended trips).
A Registered Nurse (RN) is a plus but not required.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
