Position: Clinical EHR ConsultantWhat You’ll DoAs a Clinical EHR Consultant, you will:Deliver engaging, interactive training—both onsite and virtual—on clinical software for the post‑acute and senior living industry.Develop customized client training agendas.Create and maintain training documentation, guides, and presentations.Partner closely with Implementation and clinical teams to solve problems, close issues, and drive successful outcomes.Engage with nursing home staff, medical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure proper system use and data security.What We’re Looking ForExperience with Senior Living EHR platforms such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and Netsmart (required).Experience in post‑acute or senior living environments.Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work both independently and collaboratively.Tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and comfortable leading clients through change.Travel required (including potential weekends or extended trips).A Registered Nurse (RN) is a plus but not required.Why You’ll Love Working With UsYou’ll be part of a supportive team that values innovation, professional growth, and improving care through technology.
