PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join a brand-new practice with state-of-the art technology in Bellingham, Washington at the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. This role has a broad scope of practice including general Urology and female Urology with excellent support and referrals from local PeaceHealth Medical Groups. Join this dedicated and collegial team in northern Washington. **Position Details:** Full-time position 2 clinic days and 2 surgery days per week with a half day of administrative work Multiple ORs with supportive, employed anesthesia team Access to Davinci Xi robot EPIC EMR **Compensation & Benefits:** Compensation is $560,601 per year Signing bonus and relocation assistance is available 18-month salary guarantee followed by ability to earn up to 10% extra in value measures with the move to productivity-based compensation model CME reimbursement Fully paid malpractice insurance Exceptional health/dental/vision coverage options and retirement plans Educational loan reimbursement options Employee Wellness Program Washington State has no income tax **Qualifications & Requirements:** Must be an MD/DO that is board-certified or board-eligible in Urology No experience required, open to new graduates Open to H1-B applicants **Where You’ll Work** PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center is a 255-bed Level II trauma center in Bellingham, Washington, offering advanced specialty care in cardiovascular, cancer, spine and joint replacement.
