Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics to join a well-established, mission driven primary care practice in Northeast Portland. This clinic provides full spectrum primary care and serves a diverse patient population in a highly collaborative, team-based environment. Located on a hospital campus with walkable access to the Labor & Delivery unit, this practice is supported by a robust multidisciplinary care team, allowing physicians to focus on high quality, patient centered care. **Practice Highlights:** * Full spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics * Hospital based clinic with close proximity to L&D * In house OB hospitalists provide 24/7 backup support * Strong care team model including: * Behavioral health specialist - coming soon * Clinical pharmacist * Two clinical nurses * Medical social worker * Medical Assistant * Easy access to a broad range of subspecialties **Schedule & Call:** * Full time (1.0 FTE) * 4 to 4.5 days per week * Monday to Friday, daytime clinic hours * Inpatient OB call approximately 1:6 * Ideal candidate will have interest or experience caring for a pediatric population **Compensation & Benefits Highlights:** * Two-year guaranteed salary with a generous quality-based incentive program post salary guarantee * Sign on bonus and relocation assistance * Robust benefits package including: * Malpractice coverage with tail * CME allowance and dedicated CME time * Comprehensive benefits package and retirement plans * Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) * A culture that prioritizes work life balance, physician voice, and team-based care **Where You’ll Work** Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon.
