PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time Family Medicine w/OB Physician in Longview, Washington!
Practice Highlights:
- Full-time | 1.0 FTE | 34 patient contact hours
- Call: 1 weeknight per week every 4th weekend (Fri–Sun)
- Clinic: 14 exam rooms, approx. 20 patients/day, and 20 births annually
- Birthing Center: 12 private suites, 2 C‑section suites, 2 postpartum suites
- Tools & Support:
- 1:1 Medical Assistant
- In‑basket clinician support
- EPIC EMR, Dragon, DAX AI scribe
- Medical Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist
- Diabetic & Palliative Care specialists
- In‑house Controlled Substance Management & Chronic Care Teams
- Behavioral health support onsite

Compensation & Benefits:
- First year salary guarantee of $294,299
- After guarantee period: Productivity-based compensation panel management bonuses up to 10% extra in value measures.
