Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine

St. Mary High Desert Medical Group is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their Family Medicine team in Victorville, California. This role offers the opportunity to establish lasting patient relationships by managing your own patient panel. This is a Family Medicine role focused on working with patients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics. Make a meaningful impact in healthcare while enjoying the vibrant and growing Hesperia area. * Full-time 5-days, 8-hour shift with 1 remote admin day * Outpatient care * Family Medicine role focused on patients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics * Experience preferred * Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred * Compensation is between $148,639 and $201,225 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
