This physician-governed and -led clinic offers comprehensive Primary Care and laboratory services and is rated as a level III Patient-Centered Medical Home. As part of a large, 37-county tertiary hospital system, CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic has a strong network of resources and providers, allowing it to improve the quality of care it provides across the state.
