Per Diem Surgical Physician Assistant

Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center is seeking a surgical Per Diem physician assistant to join its cardiovascular surgical team for weekday coverage. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working with multiple physicians, across multiple service lines in an inpatient setting. Being flexible to change, having a willingness to learn and excellent interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills are also highly desired. Join this close-knit group of caregivers in beautiful southern California. * Per Diem (0.01 FTE) * 10-hour shifts; 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. * Robotic platforms to include Da Vince (DV5 and XI), MAKO, Globus Execlsius and Velys. * Robotic and cardiovascular experience required * 2 to 5 years of Surgical PA experience required * Compensation is between $95.06 and $125.56 per hour * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
