Kadlec Clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Primary Care team in West Richland, Washington. This is an outpatient role where you will be joining a highly established and supportive team while having the opportunity to build your own patient panel. Enjoy an excellent work-life balance while taking in the all the beauty the Columbia Basin has to offer. * Full-time position; Monday to Friday schedule * Outpatient care only * CME days and dollars * Relocation assistance * 1 to 2 years post graduate experience required * Compensation is between $136,928 and $186,781 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
