We’re looking for a Bilingual Loan Servicing Specialist – Team Lead to oversee daily servicing operations and mentor our growing team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in mortgage loan servicing who thrives in a structured, compliance-focused environment and enjoys leading others.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the servicing team in daily tasks and quality control reviews.
- Oversee payment posting, escrow management, and tax/insurance disbursements.
- Respond to borrower inquiries in English and Spanish.
- Train and coach team members, ensuring adherence to RESPA, Dodd-Frank, and CFPB guidelines.
- Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring:
2 years of mortgage loan servicing experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Familiar with The Mortgage Office (TMO)
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Work Model: In-office first 3 months; hybrid thereafter (3 days in office)
