We are seeking Personal Care Aides to provide home care services in the Rocky Mount area.
Responsibilities include following clients' aide plans, completing daily tasks via EVV or electronic timesheets, encouraging self-help, and delivering basic personal care such as bathing, grooming, ambulating, meal prep (including special diets), feeding assistance, oral hygiene, and transfers using equipment like walkers and wheelchairs.
Aides must maintain safety by following infection control procedures, ensure a clean environment, and notify supervisors of safety concerns or client condition changes.
Secondary duties may involve light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), at least 6 months of caregiving experience validated through references, and being 18 years or older.
