- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing issues
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Utilize electronic charting systems and adhere to healthcare standards
- Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence
- 1-3 years experience or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Speech Language Pathologist certification
- BLS certification at hire
- Knowledge of Home Health Medicare Conditions of Participation if applicable
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to evaluate and treat diverse patient needs
