Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a skilled nursing environment, providing high-quality patient care across all shifts, including PRN, part-time, or full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to care standards and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures effectively.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Preferred minimum of one year of skilled nursing experience.
• CPR certification, either obtained upon hire or during orientation, must be maintained.
• Excellent communication, reasoning, and judgment skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
