We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities Include

  • Supervising unit staff and establishing policies and procedures
  • Mentoring less experienced nurses and ensuring quality standards of care
  • Reviewing resident records, monitoring care, and addressing resident or family concerns
  • Managing medical supplies and representing the unit to upper management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
  • At least 1 year of unit management experience
  • Valid RN license
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
