- Monitoring and recording vital signs and collecting non-invasive specimens.
- Supporting residents' mobility through transfers, repositioning, and range of motion exercises.
- Providing psychosocial support and encouraging participation in recreational activities.
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Following infection control policies and communicating changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum age 16.
- Current CNA certification in Minnesota or ability to obtain within 4 months.
- Prior experience in long-term care is preferred.
- Ability to complete annual competency tests and continuing education requirements.
- Possibly qualified as a Driver if applicable.
- Night shift hours with rotating weekends and holidays.
