- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures;
- Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff;
- Supervising nursing staff, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline;
- Assuming patient care duties when necessary and building meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery;
- Monitoring staff performance and ensuring quality care delivery.
- Current RN licensure per state requirements;
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes;
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred;
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience;
- Previous leadership experience in a charge nurse or similar role.
