- Operating mammographic equipment following established protocols
- Producing high-quality diagnostic images efficiently
- Monitoring and ensuring patient comfort and safety during exams
- Guiding and educating patients through the mammography process
- Responding to physician inquiries regarding imaging and findings
- Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with policies and legal standards
- Demonstrating professionalism, respecting cultural sensitivities, and collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Current ARRT(R)(M) certification in Mammography
- State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience, with hands-on mammography skills
- Ability to produce high-quality images and adjust technical parameters appropriately
- Strong patient interaction skills and attention to patient well-being
