- assessing patients accurately based on their medical condition, administering prescribed medications, and delivering age-appropriate care.
- Developing and evaluating patient and family education plans, assisting physicians with procedures, and addressing psychosocial needs.
- Promoting patient safety, practicing cost-effective resource management, and prioritizing care efficiently.
- Engaging in lifelong learning to maintain professional competency.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS/PALS are desirable.
