We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities: Help prepare dishes, beverages, and handmade tortillas. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Follow quality, hygiene, and nutrition standards. Requirements: Previous kitchen experience (preferred). Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Schedule: Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Compensation and benefits: Starting pay: $11 per hour shared tips during a 2-month trial period. After the trial, if both parties agree to continue, pay increases to $12 per hour shared tips. Formal hiring includes direct deposit payment and legal payroll deductions. From day one, the position includes Worker Compensation Insurance — any workplace incident is fully covered. Breakfast is provided at the start and lunch at the end of the workday.
