RN Clinical Coordinator - Palliative Care - Full Time

**Description** RN Clinical Coordinator - Palliative Care at Providence St Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This is a full-time position that will work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (no weekends or holidays). The Palliative Care RN Coordinator has responsibility for coordinating multidisciplinary activities in collaboration with physicians and other members of the palliative care team and organizes the weekly team conference. The RN Coordinator is the primary link to referring staff and physicians who are seeking the services of the palliative care team. You will not be providing direct patient care in this position as it is more administrative managing referrals, scheduling patients/families and attending family meetings. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year - Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
