**Description** **Physical Therapy Assistant - Providence Home Health** **Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week on Day Shift** **Area Coverage: Molalla, Mulino, Colton, Woodburn and as other as assigned** **Job Description:** Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients' special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.
