Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for full-time employees
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Service Area: Salem and surrounding cities
Pay: up to $41.00 an hour
Bonuses: Monthly bonus incentive equivalent to an additional $3.00/hour

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative and skilled PT services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Perform manual therapy and functional exercises with patients
- Report changes in patient condition to the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
- Assist in the supervision of CNAs
- Utilize various assessments to identify patient needs and adjust the plan of care under PT direction
- Complete accurate and timely point-of-care documentation
- Meet agency productivity expectations
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current Oregon PTA license
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Home health experience preferred
