Lead Activities Aide - PACE

**Description** **Schedule** : Monday-Friday, Day shift This role plans, organizes, directs, and participates in a broad program of recreational services appropriate for the participants of Providence PACE. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives. **Required Qualifications:** Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also. Experience leading therapeutic group activities, discussions, etc. **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy, Creative Arts Therapies or related fields. Coursework/Training: Activity professional certification.
