Job Summary
Under the supervision of the PACE Home Care Liaison, the Home Care Aide will provide home care support and help ensure the Plan of Care home care task developed by the PACE Interdisciplinary Team is being followed.
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience - One year healthcare experience with elderly preferred. Minimum of one year working with a frail or elderly population.
Other Requirement(s) - Valid WA State Driver’s License and proof of insurance. Bi-lingual in English and Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Taishanese, or other Asian language or dialect preferred. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or qualified Nursing Assistant Registration or qualified Home Care Aid Certification required. You must be able to obtain home care aide certification within 200 days of your date of hire or stop working.
