Successful completion of an accredited college level lactation certification program that includes 300 hours **OR** more of precepted clinical lactation experience may be substituted for years of prior experience. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart 1 year Experience in an acute or ambulatory setting working with a pediatric population 1 year Experience providing lactation care in a labor and delivery, post partum, or NICU department or in an outpatient setting **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in nursing upon hire.
