Driver/Patient Transportation Coordinator - PACE

**Description** $3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. The Transportation Coordinator picks up and delivers geriatric, frail and/or physically limited PACE participants to and from their destinations in regular or specially equipped vehicles, depending upon the individual geriatric participants needs. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives. **Required Qualifications:** Coursework/Training: Successful completion of defensive driving and passenger assistance training courses within 3 months of hire. Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
