COTA (Part Time) - PACE

**Description** $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This position will be working 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift. Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
