COTA (Part Time) - PACE

**Description** This position will support our Gresham site and East Service area. **Schedule** : 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
