COTA - PACE

**Description** This position will support our Gresham site and East Service area. **Schedule** : 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.
