Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License. **Preferred Qualifications:** PharmD or Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, Or Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
