Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Escrow Officer to join our team in the San Antonio area. This on-site role involves managing all aspects of the escrow process, including handling property closings, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. The Escrow Officer serves as a key liaison between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders, providing outstanding customer service and maintaining timely communication to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Closings and Escrow processes
- Experience as a Notary and knowledge of notarial procedures
- Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate transactions and related documentation
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in the title or real estate industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a related field is an advantage
